In Q1 of 2024, Florida was the hottest real estate market for investor purchases. Split between North Florida and South Florida, investors made up nearly 30% of all home sales.

Why does this matter? It shows us that there is ample data to prove that buying real estate in Florida is a good investment. There’s room for equity growth and buyers shouldn’t be waiting for some magical price drops in the market.

The investors are creating additional demand on top of an already high local demand here in Palm Beach County. This persistent demand is what has our market prices on a steady rise.
