April 2024 - Market Update

It’s turning out to be another hot summer of sales here in Palm Beach County.
Currently there is a 3.96 “Months Supply of Inventory” (That's a decrease of -27.21% over the last year!) With limited inventory, sellers can demand a higher price. We are seeing this pay off on closing day where sellers are averaging 96% of their list price.
While for many buyers in Palm Beach this can be discouraging, it’s always good to know that equity is on the rise.
